Bafel Talabani extended his condolences to Dr. Barham Ahmed Salih, the former President of Iraq, on the passing of his brother, the well-known journalist Blin Ahmed Salih.
In a condolence message addressed to Dr. Barham Salih, President Bafel stated:
“With deep sorrow and grief, we received the news of the passing of the well-known journalist Blin Ahmed Salih, your esteemed brother.”
He added:
“In this moment of tragedy, we extend our condolences and sympathy to you, your family, and your honorable relatives. I share in your sorrow, praying to Almighty God to grant the departed soul His vast mercy and to bestow patience and solace upon all.”
